We are an AI and automation consultancy based in Greece. We advise first and build second, so we will tell you when automation is the wrong tool.
Most AI projects fail because the team never checked whether the problem was worth solving. So every engagement starts with an audit, and the audit is allowed to conclude that you should not build anything at all.
When it does conclude you should build, we build it. The tooling changes per engagement, which is our problem to solve. We quote the result.
We work in Greek and English, and we settle data residency before anything else, because our clients are Greek clinics, practices and firms whose records are not allowed to wander.
